  • Unused parts ordered online are eligible for return and refund

 

Not Eligible

  • Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded 

 

 

Return Process

1. Send an email to rgm@hunter.com including:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Part numbers
  • Quantity 

 

2. Once approved, Hunter Service Center will email you a return goods memo (RGM)

 

3. Print the RGM and place it in the same package as the unused parts

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. RGM is key for identifying the refund order once parts are returned.

4. Hunter will refund you once the parts arrive back to the Hunter Service Center

Unused parts cost will be refunded. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds will automatically be deposited in the account used to place the order.
